We hope you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year’s! We’ll see you when programs start back on January 8, 2017!
Most students have finals starting this coming Monday. To help provide a venue for studying we are opening up the 3rd floor of the church as study space from 4:30-7:30pm.
The Youth Loft will be a quiet study room, the Children’s Wing will have rooms open for group study, and the Upper Room outside the Youth Offices will be the Study Break Room with snacks. We will also order pizza to be delivered at 6:30pm for people to eat dinner.
Don’t let your brain freeze during winter finals – come get some studying done at the church! Stop by for a short while, or stay the whole time!
Our annual Progressive Dinner Christmas Party is happening during youth group on Sunday, December 11th from 6:30-8:30pm. Join us for a night of delicious food as we visit several different houses in the area and celebrate the Christmas season. You can wear Christmas pajamas, a festive ugly sweater, or dress like you are going to a fancy Christmas party (or just wear your regular clothes)! It is a great night and all are welcome!
Confirmation registration forms were sent out in the mail last week to everyone we have on our 9th grade roster, but we realize that many people…
– might not be in our database of address (no system is perfect!)
– might receive it and then lose/misplace it
– might not be connected to Village at the moment, but be recommended by a friend
– might not have their delivered (the USPS isn’t perfect either!)
– might be older than 9th grade but have not had a chance to take the class yet
In any of those cases, or for whatever reason, we are posting the contents of that letter, including the registration form and schedule, to this post, as well as to the Forms tab above.
If you have any questions about Confirmation, don’t hesitate to let us know!
Our programs are on Thanksgiving Break this week, so there is no Twosdays, no GPS (middle school youth group), and no Cheer (high school youth group).
Weekly programs return on Tuesday, the 29th!
